Report a Premises Defect
We care very much about your lovely club, which is maintained by volunteer members of the Premises Committee.
If you spot something that needs repair or fixing please log in to The Members Area and report on the form provided.
These reports go immediately to the Maintenance Team, who will address the problem as soon as possible.
URGENT DEFECTS AND INCIDENTS
Where a defect needs to be dealt with urgently to prevent a situation deteriorating into a risk to life or property then a Flag Officer must be made aware by the fastest available means. Phone numbers are printed in the club handbook, which also may be found by logging in to the Members Area of this website. The Flag Officer will determine whether it can be dealt with by a club member or require a contractor to be called. Please also fill in Premises Defect Report as soon as possible to inform the maintenance team.
EMERGENCIES
Where there is an immediate threat to life or property, do not hesitate to alert the emergency services, informing a Flag Officer as soon as practicable afterwards.
