Your Social Committee organises a wide range of events during the year to help build the club spirit and to attract as wide a range of members as possible.

As far as possible we choose dates for events complement the sailing programme. We would very much like to see more of the people who do not attend social events as well as the 'regulars'. Coming to events (or even volunteering for the social committee!) is an excellent way to make new friends and to extend your range of contacts in the club. All are invited. You are assured of a warm welcome and a friendly club atmosphere!

New Ideas and feedback are welcomed.

The traditional club events such as the Summer Ball and Turkey Supper are the mainstay of our calendar but we also include 'one offs' like a Treasure Hunt, James Bond Casino Night, Bistro Night with live music and Trafalgar Night to add interest and variety.
