We are starting the season with a Joint ESSC & ESC Supper at Slipper on Thursday 25 April at 7.30. Menu and further details to follow.

ABOUT SOCIAL DINGHY SAILING

Social dinghy sailing is a relaxed, non-competitive time on the water with rescue boat cover, run jointly with Emsworth Sailing Club. There are plenty of racing opportunities at Slipper but this is not one of them!

All club members are welcome but the sessions, which are all midweek, give an opportunity for less experienced sailors to have practise time on the water with safety boat support. Depending on winds and weather, we might sail a course around the buoys, have a picnic on Fowley Island or sail to The Ship at Langstone. Paddle boarders and kayakers are also welcome. 'Rigged and ready' means ready on the beach to launch your boat so please allow at least half an hour before the start time. Sign on at www.emsdinghies.com but if you want to leave a session early or stay out longer let the rescue boat crew know and don't forget to sign off.
